Diet plan for Eggitarian.

I am 22 years old and have started MMA training. I want to get a good physique but don't have much knowledge about how to create a diet plan. I train 3 times a week , I am 5'8 with a body weight of 70 kgs and I don't eat meat. If anyone here could suggest me a protein rich diet plan then help would be very much appreciated!

Does creatine have any side effects (please be completely honest)?

None whatsoever....it got a bad reputation in the 80s because all the body builders were taking steroids along with it... You will see strength gains within 3-4 weeks...

You can use biryani or chicken masala with rice meals

Wouldn't eating paneer twice a day affect the carbs concentration in my body?

Roommate used to follow this diet when on bulk and when cutting replaced paneer with chicken. You can see some low carb high protein options in veg but it’s better to keep diet simple
