Never buy an iPad, Airpods or Apple watch in india. These products do not have any service in India. Only replacement is offered. One of my friends had an iPad (bought for 55k). It had type-c charging. But the charging pin got damaged. The only solution they offered was replacement which cost around 44k (since the iPad was not in warranty). We asked them to fix it but they mentioned that they do not offer repair services on iPad, AirPod and Apple watch. My friend even sent the iPad for pickup service. It was taken to Bangalore and they said the same thing.

They are great devices, just but extended warranty. In my exp, if a apple device runs without issue for 2 years it lasts eternity
Yes they are great devices, no doubt. But if you somehow happen to visit the service centre, it won't be as good an experience barring the case when your apple care+ is still active, which costs around 10-15k for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Try rapid repaid from delhi/gurgoan, they have pick up and drop,apple told me the same thing for my ipad air 4, git it repaired for 8k from them
If you're planning to buy an Apple product, shell out a bit more for their Apple Care + program, it's worth the peace of mind it brings.
If I'm not wrong it costs around 10-15k and extends the warranty to 2 years only. I don't know about you but I think most people would keep an iPad for more than 2 years.
If it breaks in the first few years, replacement costs much more than the warranty. And after getting it repaired/replaced via warranty, you tend to use it more carefully. Given how apple products are, even if you're very careful you never know when it may come in handy
I took my Macbook to Apple Care, quoted 45,000 for servicing the motherboard. It sometimes turn on and sometimes off. Does anyone know 3rd party providers who maybe able to solve it without quoting such huge prices?
