
Does usage of standing desk really help reduce back problem?
Have anyone of you purchased a standing desk and which brand would you recommend?

Does anyone own one of these under desk pedal machines? Does it help? Theoretically sounds asweome, I spend long hours at my desk (like any other corporate slave) and if I constantly cycle with this it'd be very beneficial but getting a fitness tracker that reminds me every hour to get up and move was also a good move in theory that didn't quite translate that well into practice

A standing desk setup would be better tbh
Have this since quite some time now. Used earlier but didn’t see any difference. Parents have been using it lately but can’t see any difference in them either. Lol
Using a treadmill is way better than just pedaling. Without any physical moment, I doubt if it will have any significant difference.
Anything works bro. Just keep moving, whatever suits your style. There are no wrong answers to fitness.
Its not the most efficient way of burning but still better than 0 burn. Go for it if you dont have the time for the most efficient burning ways
Get an indoor cycling trainer (needs an existing cycle). Worth the investment.
How do I put it in a way that doesn't get me banned... I've had an indoor cycle before, and I don't know what is it about cycles in general, but within minutes of me sitting on one, it feels like someone took a bat to groin
This is useless. Get a Cycling machine with a smaller frame. If there is an issue with space then joining the gym for cardio will be cheaper. This equipment is just a gimmick

Can you really cycle your legs sitting on a work chair? Bicycle seats are different and allow for that range of motion. I fear it might also lead to increase in lower back pain after some time.
Not that. I want a food feeding machine over the desk. Basically it should just feed me every 30 min.
