Do under desk pedal machines help??
Basically the title! Does anyone own one of these under desk pedal machines? Does it help? Theoretically sounds asweome, I spend long hours at my desk (like any other corporate slave) and if I constantly cycle with this it'd be very beneficial but getting a fitness tracker that reminds me every hour to get up and move was also a good move in theory that didn't quite translate that well into practice Would appreciate any opinions!

Bro please π
Take out some time to just walk
I didn't come here looking for logical answers, please indulge my idiotic fantasies and let me believe I can throw money at my body and make it healthy πππ
Ok.. If logic is not what you are looking for let me try -It is the novelty which is attracting you .. and it will obviously go away
If is purely indulgence you just to do it . No matter what response u get here

I was today years old when I learnt of this machine π€―
Ikrrr, it sounds genius and incredibly stupid at the same time
Oh! Hahahahhaha! This is what that is!
I am using someone else's table. This thing is under the table looking like something out of Star Wars. Somehow, I never actually put my feet on the pedals. Now, I will.
Lols, please do and tell me if you actually end up making some progress!
Have this since quite some time now. Used earlier but didnβt see any difference. Parents have been using it lately but canβt see any difference in them either. Lol
Using a treadmill is way better than just pedaling. Without any physical moment, I doubt if it will have any significant difference.
Ooh... I hate treadmills, I definitely won't use a treadmill desk
But yeah, I can see that, thanks!
What on Earth is a treadmill desk? Is it different from a normal treadmill? Wonder how will anyone even use that while running like crazy.ππ
