I have felt that being a designer in India is super hard because of the lack of validation that we get from society and family.
Why are you seeking validation from folks who don't even know what a designer does?
Yup, marketing teams think they know the best so designers should listen to them. Engg teams don’t implement half of the product designs. In agencies, client is the god, and at home our only need is wedding card design 😂
Just start calling yourself a UX Architect…apne aap izzat 100 guna ho jayegi.
