Do you think the ruling government should take responsibility for the current job market? If yes, how? If not, why?
Applicable for tech market for both freshers and experienced.

But they constructed the Ram temple. Who needs a job. People with live on one meal a day. Who cares about things like employment, that’s a liberal construct.
🥲
@DesignTinker Here we go again! Why does everyone have a problem with Ram Mandir. It isn't made from govt fund. Not even a single resource from govt was used. You want to complain, go ahead and complain about anything. Don't bring in faith.
And yes, if you think people will go empty stomach and still ask for Mandir, that just shows how much they wanted it.

Why not they are the policy makers they have to make policy such that new companies will be created and there will good environment for doing business and research
Look at the the US whole country build on immigrat they have made such laws that all around the world people moved to US to work on.
That is because people are ready to do any kind of jobs, usa doesn’t have only IT people, there they do all kind of jobs be it construction, manufacturing, etc. Indians are hell bent on being in a govt job rather in private or self employed. They try to squeeze themselves somehow either by merit or by paying lakhs to authorities. This mindset is one of the reasons why. And our country is seeing the startup ecosystem recently, it takes time to build similar to usa.
This!
I am not sure how and when did this become a social construct that we would be looked down upon of we do menial jobs in order to support ourselves.
The same us when we migrate to western countries to pursue education, pick up jobs like working in restaurants and eateries to support our expenses.
This should be made normal in India too. We have unjustly glorified some jobs like govt and IT and vilify others for no reason just because the starting pay is small.
I would say "No",not because I support BJP but looking at the global tensions, market is seriously down. The Middle East is going in a war zone. Oil prices are rising. Europe is stuck with million illegal immigrants from these war areas which is increasing recession and reducing projects. Infrastructure and labour jobs are increasing in India but corporate jobs will take time because that's more of a global problem. Wait...till Taiwan is attacked by China. That war will take down the economy with a chokehold. Brace for impact.
I know it will sound hypocritical but Biden has a big game to play here. He is promoting wars like a crazy person and then backing out in the end. USA will sell military stuff but will bring the whole earth down.

When all credit can be grabbed in most nonsensical clownish 🤡 way “ Maine Kaha Cloud 🌧️ Hai , Barish Ho Rahi thi, Benefit ley saktey hein “,
then the other way round also needs to be strung around their neck .
What any government can do for job creation
1) Increase foreign investment in the country
2) Modify policies to increase the number of private companies
3) Build infrastructure to make the lives of companies easier, hence creating higher employment
What the Govt CANNOT DO
1) Control the war situation in other nations
2) Prevent other economies like the US from slowing down which India and almost all other nations are dependent on
Overall the government is on the right path but they simply cannot control what happens globally which affects all nations including us 🤷🏼♀️

they are not even taking responsibility for many basic priority stuff, forget this
providing jobs is a jhumla and will always be
I feel that the present government is doing it better than the past. But what we need to think about is the population of our country and the scope of industries we can bring in. If we are speaking about the manufacturing industry it is not the right choice to increase more manufacturers in the country as it may lead to over pollution. See the trend in all the other developed countries, They are educating most of their people and bringing them into C-suite and outsourcing the jobs which are very lean and not so prominent like construction workers, plumbers, electricians, farming so on which fields can earn less. This strategy is a very good one because we will be in all the leading positions simply in a power packed position and the essential work will be outsourced. But being an over populated country we are finding both talents here itself. The government should push education to the right path with the right technologies and financial education needs to be a part of their curriculum and select the teachers who teach it without corruption. Anything can be corrupted but not education. Because teachers from government schools and colleges need to update to every latest trend and move the nation on the right path and what we see now is they are finance bankers who circulate their income for interests and they are becoming real estate agents for side hustle. If they can spare that time in building a new curriculum to their students. There will be magic everywhere in the next generations rather than seeing one school outperforming in the news when we have lakhs of schools in the nation.
Ruling Govt doesn’t take responsibility for shit!! What is the benefit of just thinking that they should!
Maybe u can blame if u made some effort urself and they failed to listen 🤔
Definitely, since this young population is and will be the key to the country's economic progress.
It will eventually come to bite the govt if the avg expenditure of household reduces drastically.
Also, any govt planning to secure a term is expected to generate jobs and ours being a huge population it becomes more important and urgent to do so since no govt will be able to sustain long term social schemes in order to uplift people.
I assume the post refers to the declining job market in the IT sector, but imagine what is happening with sectors which are not in the limelight like IT has been.
It seems like a very complex process, as the govt needs to generate enough skilled jobs in sectors like manufacturing in order to push the per capita income and at the same time handle the dwindling crisis of good paying jobs in IT globally.
Also, I feel its high time we drive towards innovation and pump more resources in research which can potentially create more avenues of growth in the country.

Just another failed promise akin to 15 lakhs and black money
Have they ever taken any responsibility? Why should this be any different
