Is job market recovering ? I m seeing so many job postings with 10+ lpa for freshers
Still many complain abt bad market showcasing recent google layoffs
I'm planning to switch , I'm not sure this is good idea or not!
@SprySpine The number of 10+ lpa you were seeing for freshers is less compared to the 2020-22. Also, companies have become more concerned about performance.
PIPs have become new normal. Many companies are coming up with new rules of laying off bottom 10% performers. Many offers that students are receiving are not full time offers. It is internship with PPO where students receive full time offer depending on the performance and not everyone is gonna get full time offer
