Does any of you need help on any of your projects? I've too much free time left during my weekends

what are some projects or side hustles you have been working on besides your day job? I've been wanting to build some AI wrappers but can't find the time. is it possible to work on this on weekends/free time?

I'm on bench for last 1.5 months and there is still no hope for any project allocation. Now I'm bored as well as scared for being idle. Someone please suggest something. I'm already learning new things in my spare time but is there any way of getting a project by connecting someone.

I am not the kind of person that is going to sit idle or while away my weekend hours. I am hungry, hungry for work hungry for growth and hungry to hustle. The problem is that apart from hunger I have no vision / set path on what I want to do. I have dabbled around with various things, but have realised that I'd rather join someone else in their vision rather than set out on my own. Unfortunately due to financial condition of family I cannot leave my day job. So at least until I have the confidence that I'm doing well on the side hustle thing, I cannot afford to quit my main job. I have full WFH so moonlighting is not really an issue for me. So folks, does anyone have anything for me? I'm a web developer and can quickly learn and adapt to various technologies and tech stacks.

I work in a small startup, we have 10 people in Frontend Team. 2 SDE-2, rest all SDE-1. I joined as Sde-1, when I joined them, we were 4(2 SDE-2 and 2 SDE-1). At the time of joining, they had a messy codebase, nobody cared about writing good, optimized code etc. Whenever I got chance to work on old feature, I used to re-write entire code from scratch, made reusable functions, components and moved common functionalities there, all these made the UI better, platform stable. Worked on optimization and performance. These folks never cared about all these things. Also started peer reviewing everyone's PRs, explained them various design patterns and made them write re-usable components, optimized, bug-free code and other things. Now I came to know, all these efforts of my mine never reached my manager to due manipulation by one of the SDE-2. My manager likes this guy and allowed him to handle the FE team. This guy has shown that he's the one who took all these initiative and he got all these things done by the team. He involved the other SDE-2 in this game. Fast forward 1 year, I see most of my code has been slightly modified by him, moved to new file and my actual file is deleted. He has done this in order to remove my GitHub history. I'm now getting frustrated and don't know how to handle this. Resigning is not an option and raising with manager won't help as he's slightly biased and won't believe me. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Hi i am 5 year java developer experience and currently working in TCS. I can work on some project so that I cal learn and also utilise my experience. I can work only on Saturday and Sunday. It's also good if u have idea that solve problem of people we can connect and discuss how to do. We don't want to make any big projects but can make small that solve problem. I can also helping students for their project which are in last year of engineering in computer science/B.sc/M.sc of computer
