Heard from acquaintances that most senior folks in every dept have left or forced to leave. People are put in dept which isn't their domain randomly. Processes and objectives aren't transparent. Under the excuse of being a startup, randomness is celebrated everywhere.
Would love to hear your reasons about CRED and it's culture.

Why so

In the last 12 months almost all head of departments including HR, biz fin, admin, strategy, marketing, controllers hip, legal, product, analytics have left. It's a toxic place not worth exploring. for more just read the Glassdoor reviews and make the right choice.
