Does anyone know what kind of questions are asked in the Introductory interview round at Navi, will be helpful if you know specifically for product design.

Why are you moving from CRED to Navi? It will be worse culture, worse systems and definitely worse outcome. Heard from acquaintances that most senior folks in every dept have left or forced to leave. People are put in dept which isn't their domain randomly. Processes and objectives aren't transparent. Under the excuse of being a startup, randomness is celebrated everywhere. Would love to hear your reasons about CRED and it's culture.
