Does swiggy really give a damn about customer?
I ordered food and found insect inside the food. When i complain to swiggy customer support, the stupid executive told me to mail the issue. One thing i don’t understand is if i have to mail the issue then what is chat feature for? Just to tail the user to email? Does swiggy really care about customer? Would like to know someone who is swiggy employee here What can i do to teach that executive a lesson and do max damage to restaurant(mad over donuts) which sent food with insect? Someone from swiggy may know it better so asking it here. Swiggy is getting worst day by day.
It works on an algo, if u raise too many issues after a point they tag u as a cheap fraud and done give u refunds. Honestly its a difficult thing to ascertain, apne desh main muftkhor bahut hai so beyond a point becomes a game of chance

That is agreed but if i provide them with pictures of insect inside the food then it should pickup right?
Also what about swiggy customer care? I feel its getting pathetic day by day. I used to hate zomato before but now i am loving zomato and hating swiggy. Only reason i order from swiggy because it has 149rs min order instead of 200rs

On mail they will write, we were unable to substantiate the claim.

I moved ordering grocery from Swiggy to Amazon fresh. Much better customer service

Their customer support via app's chat feature is going downhill.
I think something is going on in the backend, we don't know.
