EY to Genpact

If anyone here from Genpact or know someone at Genpact.. I got an offer for developement in vbdotnet , SQL project. Is it worth to take opportunity for hyderabad location with 50% hike. Currently I am working in my hometown in Fintech startup.

Hello, I have 5yoe at big4, currently working from my hometown. However recently I received an offer for a product company (pre-sales) which needs me to relocate to Bangalore. The hike is good 45% but considering the CoL I might just be saving 10-15k more per month than I do now. So, my question is, is it worth joining the product firm and relocate?

I got offer from Genpact for Lead Consultant Devops. They are offering 20LPA fixed. I have total 6 years of IT experience. Is it good one? Should I join genpact?

Will switching from Infosys to EY risk team India be a major change in my life? Will work hours be long and work life balance spoilt or will it be a good move? My exp is 6 years, Salary 10l how much should I demand now?

I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

Background: I have around 7 years of experience. Right now doing WFH from tier-2 city and staying with family (Married so wife + my parents). My current job is good but politics and bad manager came into picture. I applied to few jobs and got an offer. Current Situation: The offer I got is WFO (hybrid) from Bangalore so I need to move. Increment in terms of cash is 12.5% (they dont want to push more). RSU is good and they vest in 1 year directly. I estimate that house I require near my office (Kadybeesanahalli) will cost around 50-60k and rest budget of 50-60k. So I will save around 1-1.5L (50% will go to MF, stock etc) Question: Is this a good decision to move and settle there ? New org is a reputable one and has stable job as of now Note: I am not including my wifes salary as she still needs to search a job

My previous organisation was 100% remote, I have got two offers, one of them providing around 40% hike. the other option is giving lesser base hike but I can take approvals for 100% remote. (need to convince manager, that I can work independently) What would you choose? Help me understand your POV? My Take - Many people hate the life in bangalore but harsh truth is we don’t have many opportunities in NCR. Eventually people move to Bangalore.
