Early stage company - bad founders
What would you do if you are part of an early stage company but the founders lack clarity and vision ? The problem they are trying to solve is exciting but there is lack of strategy and focus. Anything that an employee could do to help ?

If they are open minded and can listen to you, be honest with them. If they're arrogant assholes , just leave because no amount of explaining would get through their ego.
Yeah that's the case - they don't tend to listen at all .
How is the culture:
- if anyone resigns, they are fired immediately
- they can't articulate strategy, want to build everything
- mind games on employees

You sound like my twin , I have the SAME problem with my founders . Their strategy and focus changes very few months
