Expected CTC for 10 years of experience IT guy

Hi, I have been with CTS for past 10 years and my CTC is still at 12.6 L. Now, i have started looking for oppurtunities and How much CTC can i expect with overall experience of 11 years and with PLSQL, SQL & Linux background?

Tech stack - Java, DSA, AWS, spring boot, micro service, Kafka, Cassandra, MySQL, ELK.

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??

Hello all I have approx 15 years of experience and out of which 12 has been in USA (Silicon Valley) with some of the renowned tech companies. (No FAANG though) I am considering to move back to India and was wondering what kind of CTC I can expect. Here is my profile: 15 years of experience in industry. Have been a senior/lead software engineer/architect in these companies. Have tried some sort of leadership too. Been a global conference speaker and author too. I would be Targeting mostly product companies with the same level (staff engineering) I plan to come back sooner (~12 months ish) Also if your company is hiring let’s chat. Thank you
