As we software developers have highest screen times. How will we protect our eyes. I can feel my spectacles number is increasing year by year. 
Lenskart does provide Blue lens to protect from screen but is it effective? 
Which lens you guys use and does it help in protecting eyes?

Bought LG Ultragear 27GP850 during Diwali sale from Amazon but didn't use it as I was in college. Moved home this month and started using the monitor. Major screen time is spent coding by macbook and playing PS5 games. When I'm coding my head starts feeling heavy. The same is the case while playing games but intensity is less maybe due to screen distance or color calibration. When done the same on my macbook there is no such headache. I tried using blue glasses but the pain intensity increases after wearing it even reducing brightness won't help. What are the other ways to get rid of headaches and eye strains? If you have any suggestions for any glasses please share but link. Thanks a lot😄.

How to get rid of eye strain and headache due to monitors?

i have 2 laptops M1 pro and M2 Pro
i am able to work long hours on M1 Pro without any headache but while using M2 Pro i get a headache within 30 min.

Not able to figure out why it is happening, the display settings are the same on both. Anyone facing such issues with M2 Pro?

And then my own personal business. Almost 11 hrs a day on display. With 2-3hrs on break.
From 11am-12pm

I always wake up fresh. But the eye strain starts appearing from 3 pm, 
By 6 it triggers headache.

Taking a small break doesn't work unless for 1hr+
But headache comes as soon as I sit back again

Taking baths indeed helps most days
But once a week on average I end up taking paracetamol for an unbearable headache.

It is usually the back of the eyes and top of the head, sometimes the teeth muscles feels like numbing as well.

Weed works best but kills productivity 
Also I don't feel good morally being Ganjeri

I use quality anti glare glass , without the glass I can't even stare for 20 mins.

What can I do here?

Is paracetamol once a week safe on average?
Or should I hit bong ?
Is there anything else I can do to reduce it?

I visited eye doc thrice, never helped.
Specially the 20-20-20
And yes, I BLINK normal
