How Do you take care of your Eyes?

i have 2 laptops M1 pro and M2 Pro
i am able to work long hours on M1 Pro without any headache but while using M2 Pro i get a headache within 30 min.

Not able to figure out why it is happening, the display settings are the same on both. Anyone facing such issues with M2 Pro?

Lenskart does provide Blue lens to protect from screen but is it effective?

Bought LG Ultragear 27GP850 during Diwali sale from Amazon but didn't use it as I was in college. Moved home this month and started using the monitor. Major screen time is spent coding by macbook and playing PS5 games. When I'm coding my head starts feeling heavy. The same is the case while playing games but intensity is less maybe due to screen distance or color calibration. When done the same on my macbook there is no such headache. I tried using blue glasses but the pain intensity increases after wearing it even reducing brightness won't help. What are the other ways to get rid of headaches and eye strains? If you have any suggestions for any glasses please share but link. Thanks a lot😄.

Friends and family are telling me that my eyes are going deep inside. Also, the dark circles are growing. 

How to handle this situation? 
I am already using blue light glasses.

I'm 25(f) , currently doing post graduation, after 3 months , I will be done with my pg, I have a big question in front of me, what I'll do after this, of course, a job,  but the problem is that recently I have consulted with my doctor and he said that lasik surgery for my eye is not possible, I have +5 no. , and I have very different case, it's very rare, 1 in a lakh child got this kind of visual problem which is not curable,   I cannot pursue a career where I have to give maximum time on laptop, it will make me complete blind in few months only, nd I have to start earning for myself, what career options I can explore please suggest,
