So I got a job offer from a company named pixel group Ltd based in kensas, USA for a frontend developer role. My base salary is $120,000. https://pixelgroupltd.com/ here is the homepage of the company. They are asking me to attend a 7 day seminar at the office at USA for onboarding and everything will be sponsered. But I got this offer even without a single f2f interview. 1st was a video resume round, 2nd was a technical round and 3rd was a psychometric test. That's it no f2f interview. Is it some sort of scam?? I can't find any details about the company. Please help me.

I dont understand the need for F2F interviews as last round or even worse everything in F2F.

During pandemic we have all seen the effectiveness of virtual work setup, meetings, hiring and what not.

How would the assessment of right candidate differs with F2F which Virtually can't be done?🤔🤔

Ceteris paribus, I wanted to know how much of a difference does being in Bengaluru make interms of future job opportunities

Are there a lot of walk-in interviews for companies based out of there, job fairs etc? Is there a subconscious or otherwise preference for candidates already based out of Bengaluru?

Also, how is Bengaluru in general for a 24M, single, introvert whose daily non-work activities include going to the gym, reading boatloads of stuff and watching sports?

I applied to a big MNC (one among faang) for the roles of SWE and SWE2. Two different HRs from that company sent me links to two different online assessment. The first role is of software engineer one in the city bangalore for some different team whereas the other role is of software engineer 2 in NCR location for some different team. I have cleared both the online assessments and my interviewes are scheduled for both roles, but the HRs are not aware that I am in for another role in that same company. Is this a violation of any kind? Should I inform the HR? I want to appear for both rou ds so that my probability of getting hired increases.

Need advice for the second round of technical interview at Accenture. Will it be telephonic just about the project or deep dive into the coding?

I gave an interview in the Accenture for a java developer this Tuesday with 4 years of experience.

The first round of the interview took almost an hour.

I received a HR call today and she was asking for availability for an interview. Even though she was confused that is this for second round. When I asked she said - yes , this is the second round with confusion.

I was supposed to go to Canada for my PG during Fall22 but my student visa got rejected. I had left the previous organisation (WITCH) due to that in July 2022.
Later, I got a new job as a Python SDET/QA Automation role. Currently, I am content with the job but sometimes I will think I should try again for Fall 23 but now I am wondering if I get an onsite opportunity directly via some employer.
Which kind of companies do such hiring?
PS: Working in an average size Fintech company based out in Noida and overall  work experience is 4.5 + years.
