Especially if you are looking for domain expertise (assuming you might be involved in networking software or some related aspects). Asking for mentorship online is usually going to be a bunch of people asking to be paid to mentor you for maybe something as trivial as DSA / problem solving which you can find many free resources online. If you have a "good" technical manager then he/she can also guide you well in this regards as well.
