Flutter or QA developer?

I hold a 3 yr experience in QA, and I tend to be the favourite tester/Quality Analyst for my clients as well. Before that I was a flutter developer for 4 months and i enjoyed development. I continued to work on flutter in my free time in parallel with QA tasks. But i have no written proof or experience in flutter. I left it after 1 year as managing both were difficult. I want to start picking flutter again, but somewhere I think I would not be an efficient developer as I'm an efficient and a good QA.

Can someone please help me here? Help me to understand if i should pick flutter or not? N if I should, will I get a higher pay than I am receiving today?

Thanks!
