We have been given unlimited leaves subjected to approval by our managers and that our work is not affected. 
Since there are no leaves, it can not be encashed at the end of the year. 

I wanted to check in with you and ask how many leaves do you all get?

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs).
What is your leave structure. 

PS Can't share the company's name because there are only 6 employees.

Coming 27th will be wife's birthday. Already missed her 1st birthday post marriage(For some unforeseen reason)😑 and still have to hear it from her, from time to time 🤦, because she had planned an excellent one for my birthday. So wanted to surprise her this time and looking for some creative ideas.
