Leave policy

We have been given unlimited leaves subjected to approval by our managers and that our work is not affected. Since there are no leaves, it can not be encashed at the end of the year. I wanted to check in with you and ask how many leaves do you all get?

Earned leaves carry over for the next year

What is the lave carry forward policy in your company? How many leaves are you allowed to carry forward Are there any legal requirements on the minimum number of leaves that need to be allowed to carry forward for the next year?

How many leaves do you get?

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure. PS Can't share the company's name because there are only 6 employees.
