Has grapevine started layoffs of its users?

Yes, I was logout and luckily my phone validity is left for25 days, I signed up using secondary phone and accumulated 1K plus grapes, with my phone expiration I have to start from scratch and that doesn’t give any motivation to do so. 
  
 Its like I never ordered from myntra in last 8 years because they didn’t have a way to merge account and Amazon got close to 10L of business, something on these lines happening soon

whenever I try to open grapevine it's lagging for the last 6-7 days. I reinstalled and changed networks to check as well. even the otp took 2 mins to reach me before login.

why is grapevine lagging?

Whenever I open one of the DMs, the app crashes abruptly. I am unable to see the messages sent by that person 😐
It'll be great to know what the issue was and how the developer fixed it. I am assuming some null value was fetched.🤔 

Follow up, how do I tag the grapevine team to get their attention here? 👀

Is it just me or somebody else has also faced the grapevine UI breaking issue when opening directly from the notification screen. This does not happen every time but it does happen a lot! 

The icons for upvote/share/reply becomes so small that they are not easy to click at all!

Just showing “chat initiated” and app is force closing as soon as I’m clicking on the dm button 🤔

is it happening with others or are you able to comment under any post ? i am just not able to add comments in any of posts, the comment section is not showing post button although i am able to type it behind keyboard and without seeing anything.

After scrolling some posts the screen will get stuck in a infinite loop of showing the same posts it will never show the next one, and after a while it just goes blank with nothing on screen

Not sure if its limited to my device, but recently i am not being redirected to the post which i receive as push notification from grapevine’s app. 
I use iphone xr (if that information is needed anyway)

About grapevine app

I’ve been an avid user of grapevine for the past couple of months but lately have been noticing a scrolling bug once I cross around 45 posts. The app starts auto scrolling back up to previous posts and after a few attempts to continue scrolling, the screen just goes blank. Previously the app used to literally auto close but that behaviour seems to have stopped. 

I am in iOS and the app is updated to the latest version. Using a iPhone SE OG, if that matters.

Lol! The support team of Grapevine does not respond at all. It's been 2 weeks. :D
So, I could not think of any other way than post here.

Work culture has become ultra toxic. Managers have started nano managing and literally are a pain in the ass. Product giving unrealistic timelines and leadership agreeing on the same without even consulting the developers and even if the developers are raising concerns, no fucks are given infact they are made to realise that this is how a startup should work. Literally everyone is working their asses off and still unable to meet the deadlines. Empathy is completely lost and WLB is a sham. People including me want to switch but are not even getting time to prepare.

This is all trickling down from the Leadership, they are trying to cut down costs by any means. Already had one round of layoffs, now they are doing silent layoffs in the form of PIPs. 
  
 Also, Leaders have lost the long term focus and are trying to find out more and more short term projects related to profitability.  
  
 There was always this pressure of work, but in the past 7-8 months this has become unbearable with no empathy in the organisation.
