What are the typical Founders office / EIR role CTC ( Cash + ESOPs) offered to someone with 3-4 years of experience. Pls mention company name as well. Let's make this thread a informative source for salaries in FO roles
I've seen it range from 10lpa to 60-70lpa
Can you be more specific, quote examples. Salary+ ESOPs. Pretty sure where it was 60 odd YOE would be higher and no ESOPs maybe
I've seen 10 cash, 25 cash + 25 ESOP, 45 cash only, 60 cash only + 60 esops. It's really on how crazy / in love the founder is with you. Also are you going to be an EA or someone that runs projects that drive revenue. Latter obviously get more money money.
