Really depends on you brah. Is your financial situation comfy, it earns you more time. Are you willing to go weeks without interviews, chipping away? Took me 3 months, refused 3-6 offers at various stages because they didn't feel right. Most of them were shit, but a few weren't so it was kinda scary saying no.

Out of the 3 hops:
1 was due to covid
1 was due to layoff
1 was because I wanted to switch to a product based company.

I am looking to make 1 switch coz my current workplace (a startup) is very shaky and I have been in it for 7 months only.
I want to join a stable org / big stable startup where I can spend a good part of my career.

Hi everyone, I have 2 year of product experience (1.5 year full time & 6 month of internship). I left my past company to start my own venture, though it didn't work out as planned I sold the MVP and joined a startup. It has been 1 week, and I am not liking the culture so I am planning to switch.

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?
