Friendship between young boy and adult women

One of my female friend recently got in touch with a young guy. Age difference is about 10-15 yrs. Both are currently single boy being about around ~25. Both re enjoying each other's company and conversations. While the girl has a troubled past (divorced) the boy is actively looking for marriage prospects. GV community - what are your tips for the female friend and things she should keep in consideration. Would be keen to hear the guys' perspective as well especially how you deal with relationship vs friendship with older women
