Future of IT industry in India?

Since past few months we are observing decrease in the demand of services in Over the past few months, there has been a noticeable decrease in the demand for services in various frontend and backend technologies. Additionally, we are witnessing mass layoffs from several multinational corporations (MNCs). Given these trends, what does the future hold for the service sector? How can individuals who rely on this sector ensure their survival and continue to thrive?

With some much advancement of AI, what happens to IT Services as a business in say 15 years.

So basically I'd prefer to work in an industry which would grow exponentially while I'm in my early 30s. Examples include web3, AI etc In order to be there while the growth happens, I'm okay to risk it and grind while being an early adopter. What are some industries/professions you think meet this criteria?

What is happening in India long term that is setting it up for success. What decisions made by the government are leading us there, what are the other factors that are leading us there. Why do people consider india to have tons of potential for the future?

Just a random thought which popped in my mind that when you say online classes most people tend to feel uneasy due to how online classes were conducted by our traditional schools / colleges which to be very honest the faculties are technologically challenged and lack the tools or knowledge to conduct them. It was just a joke tbh. Now however people have that idea of online education in mind which means they are completely against online education and EdTech even though these are companies who have the knowledge and technology to conduct them well and are made for online education. How can we fix this mess and do you think EdTech will survive as an industry or become obsolete in India ?

Everyone in tech that I talk to seems to evangelize AI too much. On the other hand, when I talk to non-tech folks they seem to think that AI is the most evil stuff and ruins artistic and musical expressionism. What do you think?

Are companies hiring freshers currently for SDE roles ? Is mass recruitment still happening through college placements?
