Fynd company work culture.

Work culture has become ultra toxic. Managers have started nano managing and literally are a pain in the ass. Product giving unrealistic timelines and leadership agreeing on the same without even consulting the developers and even if the developers are raising concerns, no fucks are given infact they are made to realise that this is how a startup should work. Literally everyone is working their asses off and still unable to meet the deadlines. Empathy is completely lost and WLB is a sham. People including me want to switch but are not even getting time to prepare.

I have an offer from FYND for SDET role offering 7 lpa. I also have an offer from EY for senior technical analyst offering 6 lpa. Which one should I go for? I am a fresher graduating in May 2023 (computer science branch)

I will be joining Fynd Ahmedabad office as SDE-1 new Grad this June so wanted to know how is the work culture in Ahmedabad office and some more thing that i dont know about it

Hi am a fresher working in an IT company as SDE intern. Wanted to know if most of the Indian companies follow strict schedule? This is because I have heard people doing 9-5 job. Often they are having meetings after 5pm and sometimes working on even Saturdays. Does this thing holds for Service based companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc or its true for FAANG or famous startups as well?

Currently interviewing with them for a Product role. How's the team, culture, learning, compensation, work-life, peers, coolness, growth etc. Tell anything you've heard about Angel One and your review on working with them.
