What are some of the most annoying GenZ phrases that you have come across?

Well, i came across interested terms recently, many of you would already know, HENRY (high earning not rich yet)

Most of the startup's pricing strategy is to appeal and cater this category.
And this category drives GDP most. Most efficient consumers from a producer's perspective who can pay the premium for the appeal and desire value of product/service.

Any Thoughts on this?

They talk about restuarants alot. I think 60% of their conversation is around which restaurant or pub is "cute" or "vibes".  
 But that might be a Bangalore thing. 
 Also they watch alot of Indian OTT and nothing else. 
 Saare chutiya indian shows dekh liye but Oppenheimer nhe dekhi abhi tak, which is shameful.

GenZ are the most diverse generation (accelerated by growing up with the internet since we were 4 years old) and you cannot generalise by saying 'this is genz' because no matter what, not even 30% of us are similar.
  
Yes, we run after validation on Instagram. And yes it's unhealthy. But it's not fair to single us out. Older generations have also been obsessed with TV News, FB and Twitter. No need to deny, we all know.
  
GenZ also more openly talks about mental health and we call out things which the older generations just accepted as 'aisa hi hota hai'. Think Gender Inclusivity, Harmful Climate Practices, Running after only Salary, Marriage and Kids, Jobs where you're not treated with Basic Human Dignity, Shitty Mental Health, etc. 
 
We're conscious about prioritising our mental health, even though it's tougher for us than ever before, so we're sorry if our calling things 'toxic' annoys you a little.

We're all extremely concerned about Climate Change because we know we're the last generation which can fix this.

So I ran these 2 surveys on GV. The one on the left is for millennials and the other one is for GenZ. 

I really thought that the GenZ narrative was false. Guess I was wrong.

This is such a stark difference. What do you think is the reason for this?

GenZ values WLB almost twice as much as millennials. I have data.

I hate entitled genz.. Most frauds, brought up on soyboy YouTube channels . 

Boomers hated the millenials.. Millenials were too much talk and true most of it is. 

So why the fuck should millenials bend over backwards for genz. 
If they die, they die.

How are companies and startups doing marketing for Gen Z? Does anybody have any idea about this?

I travel a lot and meet many people while traveling.
Foreigners as well as Indians. That's the best part.
It helps to learn about foreign culture and also explore my mind while traveling places.

But I have 1 thing in common with Indian girls nowadays.

Most genz Male have saved in 6 to 8 digits at age 29-30 but most girls don't give a damn...they are really living yolo life and doing international trips, buying useless gadgets, mindless shopping bla bla...

Basically, I want to ask-

Is it just male responsibility to think about future plans and have enough cash flow to not get in the debt trap of home car etc or should women also think like this?

PS - Above statement is for most of women and not all, so dunno take it personally.
