I am interviewing for Adani Realty and I cannot understand how they are operating. They took 2 rounds, in the 2nd round changed the profile for me, didn’t share much details about the 2nd profile, gave me an assignment more in line with the 2nd profile and now aren’t confirming the 3rd at all. They said they liked my assignment and when I asked if the first profile was still open, they have just gone SILENT on me. I don’t know what to do, I’m looking for a job and it’s been such an exhausting process. :(
They are probably interviewing multiple candidates at this point of time. It is an employers market where they probably have a lot of qualified candidates for the same set of position. Just be patient, things would pan out eventually
Which is okay.. my simple point is, they even liked my profile and work, said as much to me too and now, on the third round they are delaying everything and not even answering basic questions about the profile
