Got ghosted by Uber recruiter after all the rounds, they are not picking up phone and not answering mails. What should I do?
Move on, my friend. Recently interviewed with a firm similar to Uber. Went 3 rounds - 1 Case study. All to be ghosted at the end. Tried calling the recruiter and she didn't pick up. It gets easier with the team. Something I learnt the hard way is always assume you will not get the job after you complete the interview.
Where do you think the drivers get it from?
I heard that Uber laid off talent folks - could be the reason.
Consider it better than laying off, move on mate. Bright future and endless possibilities ahead of you.
These situations are more common than you think.
