Posting my resume here... Starting my job hunt soon. Actually I am in a bond until 1st September. Until then I am enhancing my skills and learning new technologies. Pls suggest changes that I need to do in my resume. Also you can suggest some new skills that I should add or learn before starting hunting jobs from the 2nd half of August.
Move project's items into work experience
If possible, try to remove technical skills section
You can highlight imp items using bold
I am going line by line in work exp for vvdn
1. Demonstrated proficiency-> what were the apis for?
2. Optimized performance-> % of optimization and what was the volume?
3. Collaborated with clients -> what did you work on with client and any metric for satisfaction?
4. Proven track record -> vague, instead you can write something like you started using XYZ tool to increase your productivity and then evangelise it in your team to increase everyone's productivity by X hrs
5. Websocket apis -> you can write more about the work and dashboard and challenges around it
6. Led which projects?
Don't worry you need not be that specific at your exp level. But if someone wants to grill you, they can do so in the above manner.
Forgot to change the dates in front of projects, will change it.
