Going on-site with TCS to UK or Switch a job in India?

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected? Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.

I'm an SDET 3 with 9yrs of experience and working in London for the last 3 years. I've got an opportunity to change my employer which is offering a £72k package. Also, I have an offer of 28L in Bangalore city and I'm sure I can get at least a bit more than this (around 32-33L) I have a wife and a small kid and wife is also having a job here in London. Hi viners, I have resigned in April from tcs and have 40 days left but today I got a call from management and they are giving me ladoo on UK ka onsite and asking me if I consider. Although I clearly told them that people having more than 15 16 yoe are not getting an onsite opportunity how come I get ? Still they told me to consider. So viners community pls help me what should I do? I know it's onsite lolipop which is almost impossible but I'm still asking. It's a food for thought for me. Please give your suggestions. I have 8+ years of exp in QA and I have sent my resignation for almost 100% hike in another finance product company and to retain me they are giving me onsite with no guarantee on Indian salary hike. What could be better wrt guys ?
