Good pay for a community building/management role

A somewhat newbie here But what would you say is a good salary for someone with 2-3 years of experience in Community management/engagement/building?

I do have more experience in communities but full time, ‘job’ experience is 2-3 years.

What kind of work is it? Community management can be too many things, companies have teams to manage different aspects
