Good pay for a community building/management role

Hey folks. Wanted to understand what could be a fair salary for an experienced content manager at a Series A fintech. Currently earning 6.5lpa (working remotely), and feel I am underpaid. Help me out with what you have seen folks in this role get paid.

I work at an marketing ad agency. Where iam being offered 5.8lpa . Is it a fair amount or should I aim for higher . Iam a fresher , recently graduated. But I have all the required skills and have done lots of projects

What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. After 5 years of working as a SAP functional consultant, it sometimes feels as if we are lacking behind in terms of compensation as compared to newer technologies like data analytics, data engineering, etc. Is it worth switching to such emerging technologies like analytics, big data etc after working in SAP for 5 years?

Hey y'all, I'm a T shaped Engineer with specialisation in MLOps/Devops at a hardware+software stealth start up. Experienced in full stack, ML deployments, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Kotlin and handling scale. On paper YoE: 8+ 3 years was with family business ( in tech), so if that is ignored 5+ YoE across the board in ML. The perks I get are work life balance and unlimited leaves and leaves compensation if any public holiday falls on a weekend. Currently being paid 32lpa base, no variables. I'm confused if this is good pay since I have a varied set of skills. The company has spoiled me by making me "time rich" so I don't feel like leaving. (Especially since I was burnt out when I desperately left and joined the current place) I know friends who do just backend getting paid 45 lpa but with no work life balance. And often times in discussions with them I feel like I can do their job easily (because of the varied skillset). I'm Fortunate enough to be in a place that did salary corrections even though other companies are laying off and appraisals are incoming in Q1. I'm confused, what's a good number that I deserve?

Hi, switched job 3 months back on ~50% hike (on paper). First couple of months felt okey as I was paid the joining bonus and notice period buyout. It was hard to understand what’s my actual in-hand per month salary and taxes are. Now with the third month salary I realised it’s nominal take home hike from my last job as I crossed 50 lacs taxable income and liable to pay surcharge too. On the other hand, I have been hiring for a level down and got better sense of internal comp play as management is okey making exceptions. I feel like I was low balled and deserve better. What are the options apart from starting to look out and switch.

I am a UI developer with all the UI skills + UX expertise as well. Leading a small team at an IB in India. I get 27LPA + 5L bonus. Is this avg, underpaid or good?
