Got an offer from a top-tier startup—should I take the leap?
I received an offer with average pay but from a good, growing startup. The role is exactly what I want, and the team consists of very good, brilliant people from Tier 1 and 2 institutes, while I am a Tier 3 institute student. Considering the current market situation and the fact that I don't have any prior internship or work experience, I got the offer based on my technical skills. What should I do? Should I go for it? The on-campus placement companies are nowhere near as good as this one.

Go for it bro, right now the market is messed up and no one is hiring fresh grads, so if you are getting a good opportunity, then grab it. I have 1.5 years of internship experience and still struggling to get an interview call and you have mentioned that you don't have any experience, so imo you should grab that offer.

Go for it, but before going all in. Check the latest funding round they had, engineering size vs the revenue, is the product by any chance possible to become profitable in the next 4 5 years.
Funding - this is on top of the checklist (if they were raised 2 years back think twice before joining)

Yeah sure, a few months ago, they raised a good amount of money and have international clients in different sectors. And their product is scaling very fast
