I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity? . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company

I have got an offer of 27 lpa from ibm. My current salary is 20 lpa and the company is wipro. Tech stack is Java spring boot aws. Yoe - 9. Is this a good opportunity or do I need to grab any other offers?

Try to find more offers but as an Ex-IBMer i will suggest you to prefer IBM over other MNCies

Try to negotiate.I think the higher they can give you in 7b is around 35
