To the point their SPOC asked us to stop the experiment as it won’t be fruitful. How are they justifying their business model if the solution doesn’t work. Just sprinkling the AI magic dust in investors eyes?

Recruiter reached out, offering 50-75% hike on current CTC 
But it's a startup and considering the layoff situations just worried.
My current company has good WLB and no office drama.
This would be my first switch if I do so.

They said they're planning to do a Series C round but don't offer RSU/ESOPs during hiring but rather on performance.

Current exp: 2.5 years
Any guidance appreciated, TIA

 It was the best job out of college, status wise. 
  
 Did well in college and made it to the final shortlist. Was obsessed with it, read books and all about The Firm. 
  
 Then the interviews happened, couldn’t convert. Was a downer.  
  
 But 5 years later, doesn’t matter much. I feel life taught me better things. And my fascination of consulting jobs has changed drastically since :p

Has anyone worked with this startup? 

Heard it's air pollution product doesn't work but it passed IIT tests. My brothers' salaries are not paid, and their founder is more interested in discipline and OKR vs. sales. He pays nepo kids and yes men high salaries apparently. Why are startups screwed up like this. Vcs have invested in.them.and it.is against their interst to.take up these issues despite such narcissistic idiotic founders getting VC importance
