I have a job offer but have been hearing mix reviews specifically around Founders and leadership issues. Have till end of this week to decide.

To the point their SPOC asked us to stop the experiment as it won’t be fruitful. How are they justifying their business model if the solution doesn’t work.  Then the interviews happened, couldn’t convert. Was a downer.

As an ex-Ultrahuman employee, I can confirm that you don’t want to work there. 
  
 The culture is cut throat. I was there for an year and I got a total of 3 weekends where I didn’t touch my laptop. 
  
 Credit where its due, founders and people are amazing, it’s just that the expectations are so high that you are constantly overworked.
