Any feedback on Pixis.ai. How is the work culture, growth, feedback on Founders and leadership?
I have a job offer but have been hearing mix reviews specifically around Founders and leadership issues. Have till end of this week to decide.
They live on worship culture. Company has reached c series but it's working like a small startup, all the product roadmaps come from the top and there is very less room for making a mistake.
Recruiter reached out, offering 50-75% hike on current CTC But it's a startup and considering the layoff situations just worried. My current company has good WLB and no office drama. This would be my first switch if I do so.
