Fuelled protein shake is probably the best tasting one ever. Don't know about protein bars.

I avoid the whole truth because i want the preservatives and the artificial sweetness. fuelled is ok, but imo best cost/gm and good protein to calorie ratio award of protein goes to the 30gm max protein bars.

mb I read that as protein bars, feel free to ignore.

Is the quality of max protein good tho? I always found them to be a bit on the ‘cheaper’ side. Maybe I’m wrong about this.  
  
 Fuelled is priced quite high and hence I feel it’s quite premium.

Whole truth tastes like sand but I like fuelled..also you can try muscleblaze...check for the nutritional information

 Don't protein bars sound like a scam? 
 Like 100-250 for 1 bar and it has ~13g protein and most of it is from whey addon and they still taste like ass😑. 
 I swear I can make better shit at home.

I am primarily looking for a high carb energy bar, there is hardly anything Available in India,
For the outsider there are options like skratch, strykr which can pack on 30& 50grams of carbs in a single bar,  I am an endurance runner myself constantly running more than 70 to 80 km per week, tried Snickers&whole truth, didn't like both for them.  I am open for trying out newer recommendations??

I'm almost 27 and I started working out 3 months back ( woh bhi on/off on style ). And recently one friend of mine suggested that I should try the whole truth protein bar. 

I tried it and tbh I liked the taste and since it contains zero added sugar that added more charm to it. 

But to my surprise after two times every time I'm trying it is almost out of stock on Blinkit 😢. 

I wanna whether it is that good that it is getting out of stock or it is not good that's why it is not being available.

Which whey protein brand you guys are using?

I’m a software developer, and I’ve been getting into weight training lately to hit my fitness goals. Since I’m vegetarian, getting enough protein can be a challenge, so I’m looking for a good whey protein that fits my diet and helps with muscle recovery.

I’ve also been seeing a lot of reports about some protein supplements being low quality, which has me a bit worried. So, if you’ve got any suggestions for good vegetarian-friendly whey protein that’s worked for you, I’d love to hear them!
