Have an app idea, but not a techie

I have an idea for an app, which I would like to develop on the sides and do some beta testing and figure out if its scalable. However, I am not a tech guy and do not have idea about app development. Looking for suggestions on how to go about it. Learn app development from scratch or reach out for help? How long would it take to learn from scratch vs how much would it cost to get a beta version made?

Use no code solutions to prototype, if it is a market fit hire people to build it

assuming it a B2C app. find a fixed price service company, or a freelancer from a reference. Pick one platform and launch a beta version. Focus on getting the initial feedback that u can use to iterate to the next level. Dont focus too much on the tech.

Go to Y-combinator website and find a co-founder. There are some really interesting people on the platform and it’s very detailed, you can try to look for people who are interested to help you with it.

Or, you can ask a freelancer to help you with your project. Lots of college students look for side projects as a freelancer.
