56 secure: I originally came across it 3 years back, learnt recently that they are already raising series B round. They provide digital + physical security infra. I feel they make security as a service accessible to individual houses and small businesses and hence creating their own market.

Flent: Came across them recently from a LinkedIn post. They provide fully furnished homes for rent for any duration you need. I think these 10 month deposits, 6 month lock-in etc are really limiting. Given their target audience is top 1% of rental user base, I feel it just makes sense. I recently saw the banker movie, and this worked as a business model 50 years ago in US when that was a growing market.
