Recently i have received an offer from one of the company and I've accepted the offer and it was mentioned doj as dec 24th in it and my lwd in infy is jan 8 and now recruiter is saying they cannot extend the dec 24th and asking me to negotiate with my manager but my manager is not accepting early release.
Please can any one help me out

But i have to extend DOJ and i mailed to concerned HR and he revert back and asked “please confirm your LWD” and then i gave him my LWD after counting 90 days from current date. And also i have heard that infosys usually change doj. Please help me can i resign??

Hi peeps,
I am at Infosys and applied to Oracle via referral. I told that my official notice period is 90 days but can be negotiated to 60 days. I cleared all rounds of interviews. HR called me and said offer roll out would take 1-2 weeks time. Meanwhile talk to your manager and get a confirmation for 60 days release.

Now I am not sure what to do because there are 90% chances I won't get an early release (even though my project has not work). 

Also I am not sure if tell Oracle HR, that I cannot join early, would it change the chances of me getting offer. 

What am I assuming is she wanted to know whether I can get early release or not. If not, she might not send me offer. So I told her like "I can't communicate with my manager until I receive the offer as it would be a vague communication". 
But I am very confused what to do. Please help. I really want to leave Infosys.

My LWD is on May end but I cracked an offer (saying 2M NP) and got a DOJ in the 1st week of May. My current company is not ready to reduce the NP in any way. How to convince the new company to extend the joining date? Or how to go about it? Will it lead to an offer revoke?(I am unable to secure another offer too!) It's my first switch and please tell me ways to tackle this situation. Thanks a lot

I'm working as a BA in my current org. I'm on bench for more than 30 days and I have dropped my resignation but the HR is not approving my early release. I have an offer in hand and I need to join in another 15 days. In even agreed for notice period buyout but still that HR isn't allowing. 

It's really upsetting when we do not have any dependencies why do the HR ask to serve the complete notice period? Infact it is a loss for them to keep Billing me in bench.

Please advice what can be done here in my situation

I interviewed for data engineer at Amazon in feb. I was told that my profile has been put on hold because so meone else has been chosen internally. Now recruiter comes up with BI engineer role. Got selected. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of TCS at all costs. Now she's demanding that I must join them on 22 april, which is less than 2 weeks away. Are they trying to back me off? Because the request is unreasonable. They haven't yet released offer letter, salary negotiations haven't taken place. Should I ask for offer letter first? Or ask for early release with TCS? What should my plan of action. Need advice.

My offer (from a FAANG company) has been deferred to January 2024. I don't know what to do now: 
 
1) I have another job offer (~8 LPA), but that job requires me to serve notice period of 2-3 months 
 
2) A startup's founder rejected me, saying he wanted someone for long term (he thought I'll leave next January)  
 
Should I try for full time jobs? Many companies become unwilling to take me in, presuming that I will leave in January 2024. 
 
Or should I look for internships (even though I have graduated)? Getting an internship won't help mitigate the risk of not having a fulltime job offer after graduation though.

I have resigned from my organisation which has a 90 days notice period clause. I have another offer which I need to join in 60 days. My current employer is not at all agreeing for early release. Can i join a new company while being on notice period with my current employer? What are the implications?

Hi. I have done all rounds of interview with infosys and last HR round, i got verbal confirmation from HR that i get offerletter soon.
From aug 24 till now, the portal shows "decision pending". Any one have any idea when they will release the OL.
Will it take normally this much time?

I resigned from my current company and my LWD is on 10th Jan. The new company I'm joining gave me a joining date of 8th Jan with the clause that I'll only be eligible for joining bonus if I join on or before 8th Jan. 
My question is can I join the new company before my LWD? 
My current company is not cooperating to reduce my notice period by 2 days.
I guess the joining company did this on purpose so that they can skip on the joining bonus.
What could be done here?

Hey all, How are you ?
Well I am not fine, I am devastated and have no idea what to do with my life now. As I can't see any way out of this mess where I am right now.
I finally got an offer from a company where I have to join in 1 month but my current company is not allowing me to leave before serving the notice period of 90 days. Despite being on the bench for the last 5 months and still no hope for getting allocated with a project. Firstly, my manager told me that they'll give an early release if I find another opportunity somewhere. But now since I have got the job offer from a different company he denied it. 

The HR of the company where I have to join after a month told me it's not possible to wait for 90 days and he'll revoke the offer if I am unable to join in a month.

😓 my life is a complete mess now. Don't know what to do. I am literally crying every hour, seeing my career getting ruined. It was my mistake joining such a company where employees are not at all valued. 

It was difficult for me to find another job as I didn't have proper experience. I worked on a project for 8 months only and the project got ramped down. 

Now I don't have any choice. I feel like I am trapped for life and there is no way out.
Writing this post with watery eyes. Hoping to know if there is any solution to this trap.

Hi All,
I got interviewed with one of the Analytics based company in May month and got an offer via mail and salary breakup attached. I accepted the offer as the HR suggested to put my papers and he will provide the offer letter on June end(as my notice period was 90 days).
But now when I'm asking for offer letter he is giving one or other reasons like we are not able to the stakeholder to take the approval as he is in client location.

Did any one of you have faced this similar situation. If yes, then what should be my next steps.
