Offer letter not being released

I received offer letter from a company which was not even giving me offer letter before but just a offer mail that too just 1 day before DOJ. After calling them and demanding an offer letter, I received it and in the offer letter there is no CTC breakup amd no signature of the approver present but just the name. Has it ever happened with anyone? What will you do? HR kept gaslighting me and telling me that it's perfectly valid and legal which I know for a fact is not legal since there is no signature present.

I have cleared all technical rounds, on 12th June I had HR round also. HR asked me to share all past company release letters and graduation marksheets. I have shared all the documents. HR also confirmed my package over the teams call and assured that he would send the offer letter. But after that 6 days have passed, I have neither received any communication, nor have I received any offer letter. Typically how much time will they take to release the offer letter?

I got OL from Accenture. But after this i HR not picking my call and did not give reply over mail.In offer letter after 90days my joining date.Should i give resignation to current infosys organisation?what you suggest. If i will late then 90 days also extend and i will not able to join on time to accenture.

Hello Developers!!! I am 22M, completed BE in computer Engineering. Upon completion of graduation (May 2023), I worked as an ML engineer (internship); fast forward to December 2023, I had interview scheduled for ML position (off-campus) at reputed company (non-IT), which I passed and after interview in December, I was told to wait for offer letter. Actually, I was referred by the employee of the company. So, till the end of January, I did not receive any update from company regarding offer letter. I asked a person who referred me, he told me that HR has been changed and due to that reason, your onboarding process might be on hold. However, In February new HR got hired and I literally left the hope to receive callback from the company, but after some time I received call from new HR, and again scheduled interview with same manager with whom I was previously interviewed. Manager was quite satisfied with me and asked me If I was ready to join as soon as possible. I assured him to join ASAP. After this interview also I was eagerly waiting for the offer letter; Again, left the hope of receiving any response. However, now it was a beginning of March, and one day I received call from HR, asking for my documents, to release the offer letter. Now it's almost mid-March and again no callback from HR, and no update regarding my joining. It's a journey of 4 months. I never wrote a follow-up mail to HR or manager regarding, onboarding process. Till now I was just asking my referee regarding any updates. It seems cumbersome to him also to ask manager repeatedly regarding my offer-letter. Should I write follow-up mail to either HR or manager. If yes, what should I mention in it? - Thank you

If i landed a any offer so how smarty i can move to take it forward - Incident happened with my acquaintance - Once HR Called my acquaintance so acquaintance discussed CTC only and Joined the Company but after 1 Month HR Called for Offer Letter Collection so my acquaintance shocked because there were 3 months Notice Period So is there any Steps like HR Called- First Rough CTC Discussion - Ask for Company Agreement & T&C Etc Please mention your experience. Hi peeps, I am at Infosys and applied to Oracle via referral. I told that my official notice period is 90 days but can be negotiated to 60 days. I cleared all rounds of interviews. HR called me and said offer roll out would take 1-2 weeks time. Meanwhile talk to your manager and get a confirmation for 60 days release. Now I am not sure what to do because there are 90% chances I won't get an early release (even though my project has not work). Also I am not sure if tell Oracle HR, that I cannot join early, would it change the chances of me getting offer. What am I assuming is she wanted to know whether I can get early release or not. If not, she might not send me offer. So I told her like "I can't communicate with my manager until I receive the offer as it would be a vague communication". But I am very confused what to do. Please help. I really want to leave Infosys.

I got a offer letter from one company.. Earlier I told them notice period is negotiable 60days(official 90 days)... Now They have mentioned 30 days joining only on letter. What to do in this situation.. my interviews went well.

4 companies have my offer letter stuck in pipeline, probably they are waiting for my lwd to nearby, which is in next 4 days, how do deal with such situation

I have cleared all the rounds of an interview for a Senior Associate Data Engineering L2 DE - Big Data GCP role in Publicis Sapient. Now HR is ghosting and saying that she is taking approval and it's taking time. May I know that they'll really release the offer?
