If the reason is strong and valid, talk to your hiring manager or HR. After all they also need to tell a convincing story to their boss.

Actually in my current organisation has still not yet confirmed the last working day .iam asking early release,once that is confirmed The joining date will be required to change atleast for 10 to 15 days later, so 15 days they can change right or not?

But i have to extend DOJ and i mailed to concerned HR and he revert back and asked “please confirm your LWD” and then i gave him my LWD after counting 90 days from current date. I'm working as a BA in my current org. I'm on bench for more than 30 days and I have dropped my resignation but the HR is not approving my early release. I have an offer in hand and I need to join in another 15 days. In even agreed for notice period buyout but still that HR isn't allowing. 

It's really upsetting when we do not have any dependencies why do the HR ask to serve the complete notice period? Infact it is a loss for them to keep Billing me in bench.

Please advice what can be done here in my situation

I resigned recently and proposed date of 30days. I know that it's officially 90days. So i talked to my manager. He said he Will get back to me. I again send a reminder mail to check into this. Without replying to that mail, they rejected my proposed dqte and approved fo 90days

What to do now? I am actually in active project from 2years and it extended for another 6months .
They didn't even consider my extra leaves and buy out.

I've served the whole notice period of 45 days and on the very last day, manager says that I didn't complete my work and wouldn't be accepting my resignation. It's already been a week since I joined my new firm and they're asking for the resignation acceptance mail/proof. All my email, slack accesses have been revoked from the previous company and manager is still reluctant to let me go in peace. New company has agreed to enter the joining date accordingly in the system once I get the resignation acceptance to avoid any dual employment conflict. Could anybody help me with the legality of this and how I can proceed?
