Need Advice on Backing Out of an Accepted Job Offer
I accepted an offer from Company A but explored other options and recently got a better offer from Company B. I’ve had second thoughts about Company A, and I’ve learned their salaries are often paid late. How should inform Company A that I won’t be joining them?

Hi, I’m in the same situation, I’ve an offer from company A and giving interviews for company B, company B is better but my joining in company A is around 18th, until then my company B process won’t get over, what do I do? Can I take company B after joining company A? Pls tell the pros and cons/consequences
In that case will company B okay with the notice period you might have in A?

ask the company to extend the joining date, make up some issue, but make it look genuine

I recommend being straightforward with them.
Get in touch with their HR and inform them that regrettably, you'll not be able to join them as you're accepting another offer. This is routine enough for them.
Not everyone with an offer joins.
They might match that other offer or not.
If you've accepted any form of joining or relocation bonus that's contingent on your staying on for a year, etc.
You'll have to return that.
But otherwise there should be no problem.
Have you joined Company A ?

No issues bro in this I am also about to do the same thing with few companies. can't join all companies so have to let go few and go with the best offer for that period.
Be transparent and inform company A with all the explanation be it real or self made

Why inform?. Just don't turn up. If the rangoli people (HR), call, tell them you will get back asap.
Whats with salaried people and morality?

@Qwerty2398 the company will not show you this much politeness when they have to fire you.
