How is the interview process/ difficulty at Databricks for Data Engineer-2

I am trying to switch to a Data engineering role in a product based company. Please suggest some great practices and strategies to learn DSA with python and SQL to crack interviews at product based companies. 
 I have experience working in AWS data orchestration where I worked on step function creation, Glue, lambda, event bridge. Also used version control like GitHub. 
 Please suggest a way to crack interviews at product based companies for data engineering roles.

I am oracle developer having 18 years of experience. I cannot see much opportunities in oracle. I have taken a certification in apache spark 3.0 . I am looking for opportunities in pyspark. Can somebody help?

I am a fresher working as a Data analyst in a growing startup. My current role doesn't include much of coding just python and SQL and sometimes little bit ML work. Currently handling 2 projects, and some of PM work to define some roadmaps.
I like engineering and coding in whole and want to know more. So do I switch to some SDE role or is there are more paths after Data analytics? I know ML, DL and NLP but not sure will it be a great choice to make career primarily in Data science.
So, I am little confused. Please give all good advices.

I am currently preparing for senior data engineer interviews. I have 2.7 YOE. I have experience working with Data pipelines, AWS S3, Python, Spark, Scala, Hive, Hadoop, Kafka.

My current tech stack is python, pyspark,pandas and SQL.
Use s3 for storage and Apache airflow for jobs.

Any Data engineers here? Need some suggestions.

I've been an Oracle Database Administrator handling databases and exadata, data guard, performance tuning (not so great at it), little bit of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as well and typical DBA tasks including tablespace reorganization, migrations, etc. for the last 3 years. 

Now I'm thinking about transitioning into a Data Engineer/Data Analyst roles as it seems it is having a more lucrative future ahead.

I'm good at doing DBA things but I'm doubtful about this considering the future scope of this as there isn't much a DBA has to do in databases as most of the work is handled by Database itself but I have an interest in it and getting calls from other companies as well for the same role.

Is DBA a really good career option considering the future and the compensation?

Or exploring or gaining skills in data engineering/analyst has more benefit?

Also, what would be the best among Data Engineer/Data Analyst/AI,ML Engineer?

Hey Folks, Since I come from software engineering background so looking for some help from you all. 

One of my friend has about 6yr of experience working as Senior DataScientist and he is pretty good at the work. I see him continuously brushing up with almost latest things happening in ML space. He is now looking for job switch but struggling to get interview call and not able to clear rounds for scheduled interviews. Something is going off in his case, dont know what. 

I really want to help him so Pls help me with this question -

1. What are the companies hiring for DS2 or Senior DS role for now?
2. What is the expectation from a Data Science candidate in the interviews?
3. What are the popular interview questions that are being asked these days?
4. If possible please share your recent interview questions.
