How is the interview process/ difficulty at Databricks for Data Engineer-2

Do data engineers or big data engineers in India get a similar salary as SDE or data scientist or is it lesser or more than SDE/DS? What are your numbers and YOE as data engineer? Thanks in advance🙂

I've been verbally notified by databricks that I've been selected for the software Engineer role. Most of the team members are in the US. HR asked about my expectations and I said at least 30% increment over my current salary. I think I messed up here and I don't want to get low-balled. So I just want to know how much databricks are offering in India. Yoe: 3.4 years TC: 29 LPA all fixed
