[Help] How can a PM post mba in India move abroad?

I'm 27, I've got 3 years of experience. 2 pre mba as a software developer at a US MNC (financial sector) and then total 1 year experience post mba (top 5 bschool India) as a pm. I quit my job for 7 months post mba to pursue entrepreneurship with an accelerator.

Due to recent experiences, I've kind of had it and want to explore opportunities abroad. I know the MS route is the most common but back then I couldn't have afforded it. So I got a master's here because I got a good bschool.

Now I'm feeling I'm stuck here, so for anyone who's managed to successfully move abroad post mba in India.

  1. How did you do it? (Except internal transfers)
  2. How many yoe did you have post mba?
  3. Did you take a hit in comp (PPP basis)

I am currently making 33lpa fixed + 6-7 in bonus/esops etc. I don't speak any foreign languages.

What are my options? Do I have any options?

After the post-COVID period, before the layoff season started, my friends from Bangalore moved to places like Berlin and Amsterdam for tech PM roles, similar to yours. However, since last year, things seem to have become more difficult. I suggest following Sooraj Chandran on Twitter; he writes extensively about relocating to Europe with a tech job and other options. You might find some clarity there :)

Hey mate, can I DM you? I'd like to know more about the PM /tech PM scene in EU.

I'm a Senior PM myself, and considering moving to EU - France/NL/Germany.

“Stuck” can have different meanings. Moving to EU which sometimes get too cold, gloomy might make things more challenging. If you can define stuck, maybe people can add more relevant info.

Stuck in India, what else would it be.

Booking.com. A lot of my friends and ex-colleagues are there in Amsterdam. They are known to hire folks mainly from MMT, Yatra, Goibibo, etc. Pay should be around 90-100k EUR at the least.

Learn German and move to Berlin. 80-85k € per year.
Not a quick thing to do but keep trying.
