There are multiple news on Oracle cerner in loss. Oracle is known for making job cuts. But it will definitely be better for WLB than MMT.  
  
 I would say keep looking even if you join Oracle cerner if you don't have any other offers.

I have received job offers from both Oracle (Cerner) and MakeMyTrip, and I'm having trouble deciding which one to choose. Both are offering almost the same total compensation, but there are some differences that I'm considering:

Oracle (Cerner):

Base Salary: 29 LPA
Stock: 20 LPA vested 25% per year
Work from Home (WFH) option

MakeMyTrip:

Base Salary: 31 LPA
Joining Bonus: 2 LPA
No stock option
5 days a week in the Gurgaon office

I'm particularly interested in your insights on the following aspects:

Quality of work and projects
Work culture and environment
Work-life balance

Hello everyone,

I'm currently seeking some advice on a significant career decision I'm facing. I'm presently working at Walmart in Bengaluru with the following package:

Total CTC: 32 LPA
Fixed: 22 LPA
Bonus: 5 LPA
Stocks: 5 LPA (vested over 4 years)

Recently, I've received an offer from Oracle, (Senior Applications Engineer) also in Bengaluru, with a fixed CTC of 34 LPA. While the package is slightly higher, my primary motivation for considering a change is to relocate to Hyderabad.

Dilemma:

Accept the Offer:

Be on notice period and keep looking for more opportunities in Hyderabad.
If I don't find a suitable position in Hyderabad during the notice period, join Oracle in Bengaluru and adapt to the new company.

Reject the Offer:

Continue my search for opportunities in Hyderabad while staying at Walmart.
Key Considerations:

Relocation to Hyderabad: This is my top priority.
Package: While the Oracle offer is better, I would have preferred something around 40 LPA to make a definite move.

Questions:

Is it worth accepting the Oracle offer and continuing my job search during the notice period?
Should I reject the offer and focus solely on finding opportunities in Hyderabad?
Is there a possibility Oracle might agree to a location change to Hyderabad, especially if I negotiate?

1. Provides WLB
2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH
3. A bit less learning opportunity
4. Fair pay
5. Job security is more here

Coinbase -
1. Exceptionally good pay
2. Bad WLB
3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well.
4. Competitive bar is more high

Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase.

Hey all, I have offers from GE Digital and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG).

Please help me decide which to choose, in terms of culture, type of work and everything.
GE location is Bangalore and UKG location is Noida.

CTC of UKG is a little higher than GE but in hand at the end of 1st year is approx same in both.

P.S. I am a 2024 grad and more inclined towards cloud and DevOps domain.
