Help me choose - okta or lambdatest
Received an offer for a role with Okta in their new India office as an associate solutions engineer. 24L INR OTE(80:20) + 16L RSU (3 year) vs Received another offer from a browserstack competitor startup LambdaTest for a solutions engineer role. 30L INR cash, no OTE. No esops (they're performance based) Coming from a very niche AI field with experience of 5 years as a freelance developer / sales engineer consultant, but feel like I hit the plateau and now I want to restart my career in a new industry. Both these companies will be a start from scratch for me. Okta does need me to move to a new city (so about 6L yearly extra cost) while LambdaTest is remote. 1. Any insights? 2. The work culture can be too aggressive at LambdaTest compared to Okta? Is it worth it? I've mostly been working only 10-20 hour weeks for the past year as I was freelancing. 3. Is there potential for growth more at LambdaTest with that being a startup and all that? 4. With whom am I more likely to be able to pull off studying for unrelated certifications, masters exams, or freelance work? 5.
