Help me chose from sapient or epam anywhere
Hi all, please help me decide to chose from the offers below. Currently infosys at 13.9 lpa. Current experience 4.5 yrs. 1. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa, 5% variable. Hybrid, Bangalore. 2. EPAM Anywhere - 21 lpa, all fixed. Remote.

Epam is way better, sapient has a toxic culture
How's your package 13.9lpa in Infosys 🤔 I have heard there's very less hike
You heard absolutely correct. In almost 2 year I didn’t get a single paisa hike. I joined as lateral in 22. Got almost 50% back then.

Pick the one that pays more. Simple.
You will/can change again after 3 yrs. They will/can fire you anytime. More money =better job.
Anyone who talks about learning/knowledge is lying.
I've been trying to get into EPAM ANYWHERE. I've applied many times but no response can u suggest me in how can i achieve this?

I guess EPAM sounds better since it is remote and does not have a variable component (Never trust company’s variable components).
What is your experience level ?
Make sure EPAM have a client and project for you. The salary is different if you are on bench.
You did very well if you are 13 LPA in 4 years in infy . I would suggest you EPAM if the choice is between these two
