Find another unmarried couple who is facing the same issue. Guys in 1 flat and girls in another. Then switch back whenever you want !

PS: I know someone who actually did this.

Dear landlord sir, you can keep pushing your sense of morality on the society as long as things are in your favour. Just wait for the day when supply-demand goes in the favour of tenants, all your moral standards will be thrown in the dustbin when your flat lies without a tenant

Bachelors don't get flats here in blore. Unmarried couple have hard time finding a decent place too. Everyone wants to rent out to family here.

Just say you guys are married viola. You have unlocked a decent 2 BHK in a nice society.

Just tell them that you're about to get married and she's your fiancee. No one will mind. If they insist, tell them that you can have a word with the parents - most likely they won't but you'll have the flat.

Don’t lie, tell truth. There are many who are ok with this setup. It’s better to be honest upfront about these matters. Just be humble when you interact. Ps: I have let unmarried couple stay in my apartment in Hyderabad
